Case studies

Holland Park | Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

The Royal Borough’s largest park with 22.5 hectares of gardens, children’s play facilities, sports areas, a cafeteria and large areas of woodland abundant with wildlife. Contained within the park is the beautiful Kyoto Garden; a Japanese garden donated by the Chamber of Commerce of Kyoto in 1991. Holland Park provides facilities for tennis, football, golf practice nets, cricket practice nets and netball. Health walks and other activities are also run in the park.

Holland Park is also the base of the borough's Ecology Service. The Ecology Centre at Holland Park runs a series of events, activities and educational visits and workshops for schools.

Cheslyn House and Gardens | Watford Borough Council

We have worked with Watford Borough Council on rebranding all their signage. They have a number of amazing parks and woods and heritage houses such as Cheslyn which is often described as Watford’s best kept secret Cheslyn House and Gardens is another of Watford’s Green Flag Award winner. We have designed the signage, built and installed signage that is in keeping with this gem of a site.

 

Tooting Common | Wandsworth Borough Council

South-west London is well-provided with open common land dating back to mediaeval origins. The Commons today are protected by legislation over and above other public parks. They provide wide sweeps of the natural landscape and amenity sports facilities. Tooting Common is a Site of Metropolitan Importance due to its stretches of acid grassland, and it is notable for the many large oak trees and historic avenues.

Woodhouse Urban Park | Brent London

Woodhouse Urban Park is a key and fundamental feature of the regeneration of South Kilburn. It aims to make the area a better place to live, creating a real sense of place and belonging. The new urban park features robust play provision, site furniture, new trees and new species. It offers an accessible and welcoming environment for the existing community, the wider community and the general public.
